Announcement on 2026 Guidance for New Users

Central Research Laboratory (CRL) has introduced a user registration system. Those who expect to use research equipment in CRL have to attend the 2025 Guidance for New Users for registration. We will give the lecture both at the venue and via Zoom. Please download the materials prior to taking the guidance.

Registered users can continue their registration by simply going through the renewal procedure (submitting the renewal application form) from the following year.

How to register

▼For onsite attendee
　(1)　We will provide an "Application Form".
　(2)　Fill out the form and submit it by campus delivering system or e-mail attachment.
　　　　Submission address: hqcrl@belle.shiga-med.ac.jp

Registration will be completed upon submission of the "Registration Form".

▼For Zoom online attendee
　(1)　We will provide a unique link in the Zoom chat during the lecture.
　(2)　Go to the link and download two forms ("Survey Form" and "Application Form
　　　　for CRL User Registration").
　(3)　Fill out the forms and send them by e-mail attachment.
　　　　Submission address: hqcrl@belle.shiga-med.ac.jp

Registration will be completed upon submission of both "Survey Form" and "Registration Form".
If the required documents are not completed, the application will not be accepted.

• Some laboratories have ID card-managed access, which requires permission and registration for use; if you plan to use these laboratories, you must contact the staff listed in the material to complete the access procedure.
• If you are unable to take the guidance on the day, you may take the e-Learning course that will be announced later.
