2024 Guidance for New Users (e-Learning)

New users of Central Research Laboratory (CRL) need to take the 2024 Guidance for New Users (e-Learning) prior to registration and use.
Users who have completed their registration after taking the e-Learning course can keep their registration status by simple submission of the renewal application form annually.

How to register

  1. Access gWebClassh and watch the two online lecture movies.
  2. Download "Check Report" and "Application Form for CRL User Registration".
  3. Fill out two forms.
  4. Submit both to the CRL office by e-mail (hqcrl@belle.shiga-med.ac.jp) or intra campus mail.

How to take a course in WebClass

  1. Access "WebClass" for SUMS e-Learning.
  2. Click "WebClass Login" and enter your User ID (the part of your e-mail address before @) and password.
  3. Click "Add Course (ƒR[ƒX‚Μ’Η‰Α) " on the right side.
  4. Select "‘SŠw‹€’Κ" > "2024 Guidance for New Users (ŽΐŒ±ŽΐKŽx‰‡ƒZƒ“ƒ^[‹@Šν•”–ε—ί˜a6”N“xV‹K—˜—puK‰ο) " and "Join this Course (ƒR[ƒX‚Μ’Η‰Α) ", click "Members (ƒƒ“ƒo[‚Ι‚Θ‚ι) ".
  5. Click on the lecture movie to watch the two movies.
  6. Download and answer "Check Report".
  7. Download and fill out "Application Form for CRL User Registration".

Note

  • Once you have completed the registration ₯₯₯
    When using equipment for the first time, you must "be sure" to receive instruction on operation and precautions from the staff member.
  • Some laboratories have ID card-managed access, which requires permission and registration for use; if you plan to use these laboratories, you must contact the staff listed in the material to complete the access procedure.
