ランゲンドルフシステムは、哺乳類（マウス〜モルモット）の摘出心臓により灌流実験を行う装置です。
大動脈からカニュレーションして冠状動脈へ栄養液の灌流を行い、心臓はチャンバー内で拍動し続けます。
このシステムは、「ポンプコントローラー」で一定流速もしくは一定圧を制御できることが利点で、従来の高所のリザーバーセットやフローメーターの準備は必要ありません。

The Langendorff animal isolated heart perfusion system is a system for monitoring an isolated heart (from mice to guinea pigs) while perfusing the coronary arteries with a nutrient solution.
The system allows you to investigate coronary artery function while the heart beats spontaneously.
It is a compact system which utilizes the pump controller for constant flow and pressure, without the conventional high altitude reservoir sets and flow meter.
