遺伝子組換え実験および遺伝子組換え生物の譲渡、提供等に関して、平成１６年２月１９日に「遺伝子組換え生物等の使用等の規制による生物の多様性の確保に関する法律」が施行され、法により規制されることとなりました。
利用者は、法および学内諸規程、実験実習支援センター規則を遵守してください。

Genetic modification experiments and the transfer or provision of genetically modified organisms are now regulated by law, as the "Law Concerning the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Biological Diversity through Regulations on the Use of Living Modified Organisms" came into effect on February 19, 2004. Users are required to comply with the law, university regulations, and the CRL rules.
