　Methodological approaches such as immunohistochemistry and histochemistry, have been and still are of the utmost importance in clinical and life science.
　This presentation will introduce the basic methodologies to visualize molecule in tissues and cells. Thereafter, using various examples, it will address some technical aspects for the development of protocols, as well as for the critical evaluation and presentation of results.
