　Immunohistochemistry and histochemistry techniques are use for identifying and visualizing molecules in cells and tissues.
Those techniques have been, and still, are of the utmost importance in clinical and life science.
This presentation will introduce some basic histological methodologies, and techniques to visualize specific molecules and proteins in histological tissues section. Using various examples, it will address some aspect concerning the development of protocols, and the critical evaluation of results. Finally, recent innovative methods will be quickly introduced.
