　マルチメディアセンターでは，利用者用端末としてWindows 10 Enterprise 184台およびMacintosh macOS 10.12 Sierra 13台を管理しており，利用者は，これらの端末でMicrosoft Office 2016，Adobe Photoshop Elements，SPSS等のソフトウェアが利用可能となっている．また，センター内には研究発表用資料を作成するための設備があり，B0サイズの大判印刷が可能なプロッター（普通紙，光沢紙，布の3タイプ），写真画質でA3サイズまで印刷可能なインクジェットプリンタ，透過原稿対応フラットベッドスキャナ，レントゲンフィルムスキャナおよびCD/DVDデュプリケータといった専用機器が設置されている．その他，ウィルス駆除ソフトの無料配布や，SSL-VPNサービスによる学外からの文献検索，大容量ファイル転送サービスによる学内外者とのセキュアな大容量ファイルの受け渡し等，利用者の経済的負担の軽減および利便性の向上に努めている．さらに国立情報学研究所が運営するサービスの提供にも努めており，国際学術無線LANローミング基盤「eduroam」，テレビ会議多地点接続装置「FaMCUs」の利用が可能となっている．本講演では，マルチメディアセンターの設備および学内外で利用可能な各種サービスについて説明するとともに，本学における情報セキュリティ体制の説明および2019年4月から使用禁止となったUSBメモリの代替手段の実演ならびに施設見学を行う．
　なお，今年度前期は新型コロナウイルス感染症への対応により，マルチメディアセンターの施設利用が制限されています．後期の対応については，講演当日に最新の情報をお知らせします．

　Multimedia Center manages Windows 10 Enterprise 184 and Macintosh macOS 10.12 Sierra 13 terminals for users, and software such as Microsoft Office 2016, Adobe Photoshop Elements, SPSS, etc. are available for these terminals.
　In the Center, there are facilities for preparing materials for research presentations, and special equipment such as a plotter (Plain paper, Glossy paper, Cloth - 3 types) capable of large-format printing of B0 size, an inkjet printer capable of printing up to A3 size in photographic quality, a flatbed scanner compatible with transparent originals, an x-ray film digitizer, and a CD/DVD duplicator are installed.
　In addition, the free distribution of the antivirus software, literature retrieval from outside of the university by SSL-VPN service, and the secure transfer of the large capacity file between inside and outside of the university by the large capacity file transfer service are tried to reduce the economic burden of the user and to improve the convenience.
　We are also working to provide services operated by the National Institute of Informatics, making it possible to use an international academic wireless LAN roaming infrastructure "eduroam" and the multi-point video conferencing device "FaMCUs".
　In this lecture, the facilities of the Multimedia Center and various services are explained, and the information security system in this university is explained, and the demonstration of the alternative means of the USB memory which is prohibited from April 2019 and the facility tour are carried out.
　In the first semester of this year, use of the Multimedia Center is restricted due to the outbreak of a new type of coronavirus infection (COVID-19). The latest information will be provided on the day of the lecture.
