近年、定量的リアルタイムPCRはmRNA発現量を簡便かつ迅速に定量できるツールとして幅広い分野で使用されており、分子生物学実験の基本的ツールの一つになっております。
本講義では、実験実習支援センターに設置しているリアルタイムPCR装置LightCycler®480を用いた遺伝子発現定量解析について、原理から解析までの流れを解説いたします。

Quantitative real-time PCR has been used for rapid and accurate quantitation of target gene expression. This lecture will explain the principle of quantitative real-time PCR and operation of the LightCycler®480 which is available at Central Research Laboratory.
