F-2500は、物質が可視・紫外光を吸収し励起状態になったあとの失活過程における蛍光放射のスペクトルを測定できます。また、励起スペクトル、蛍光スペクトルの形状からの定性分析、濃度消光が起こらない濃度範囲での定量分析が行えます。
The F-2500 is a spectrometer capable of measuring the spectrum of fluorescence emission during the deactivation process after a material absorbs visible or UV light and enters an excited state. It can also perform qualitative analysis based on the shape of the excitation and fluorescence spectra, and quantitative analysis in the concentration range where concentration quenching does not occur.
