細胞破砕装置について

細胞破砕装置は、組織や細胞内から目的とする物質を分離精製する前処置のために用います。
実験実習支援センターには機械的に破砕するものや超音波により破砕するものがありますので、試料に応じて使い分けてください。
A homogenizer is a piece of laboratory equipment used for pretreatment to separate and purify target substances from within tissues and cells.
CRL has two types of homogenizers, one for mechanical crushing and the other for ultrasonic crushing, which should be used according to the sample.
