電顕用試料作製装置について Electron microscopy sample preparation

電子顕微鏡で生物試料の微細構造を観察するためには、様々な試料作製の行程を経なければなりません。この行程で使用する、試料を包埋する装置や薄切装置等の試料作製装置が設置されています。
In order to observe the microstructure of biological specimens with an electron microscope, various sample preparation processes must be performed.
The Center provides the sample preparation equipment used in these processes, such as tissue embedding console and ultramicrotome.

• 真空蒸着装置 Vacuum evaporator JEE-4C

• 臨界点乾燥装置 Critical point dryer HCP-2

• イオンコーター Ion coater EIKO IB-3
